Interactive demonstration

A launch tracker with visible owners, blockers, and handoffs.

Fictional project: Mini-Course Launch. Launch date: 30 September. Team: Founder, Hyacinth, and Designer.

All figures below are demonstration project data and dynamically match the visible sample tasks.

Blocker summary

    Project risks

    • Final graphics may delay founder approval.
    • Email scheduling depends on written approval.
    • QA cannot finish until the funnel and forms are complete.

    FICTIONAL SAMPLE DATA

Connected tasks were not visible as one system.

Launch work can be individually clear while still failing at handoffs, approvals, and dependencies. That creates delay and out-of-order execution.

A command centre organised by phase and ownership.

I mapped the launch into phases, assigned owners, documented dependencies, added approval stages, and created a dashboard for blockers and overall progress.

Every view answers a different planning question.

List view supports detail, Kanban supports status, and the responsive timeline shows phase sequence and major dependencies.

    Key decisions

    Built for clarity, not decoration.

    01

    Ownership is explicit

Every task has one accountable owner, even when several people contribute.

    02

    Dependencies are documented

Tasks reveal the work that must finish before they can move.

    03

    Views serve decisions

List, Kanban, and timeline views are designed around different coordination needs.

    04

    Stats match the records

The demonstration counts and completion percentage are calculated from the task data rather than typed separately.

    Deliverables

    What the system includes.

    • Twenty-four fictional launch tasks
    • Dynamic dashboard statistics
    • List, Kanban, and timeline views
    • Search and multi-filter controls
    • Task detail panels
    • Overdue and upcoming indicators
    • Blocker summary
    • Project risk summary
    Privacy and transparency

This portfolio demonstration uses fictional team members, dates, tasks, and deliverables. Its purpose is to show project coordination and workflow design approach.
