Promise first
The first email immediately delivers what the subscriber requested.
Email Marketing · Automation
A five-email welcome sequence with a purpose behind every send. This fictional journey shows how delivery, trust-building, education, objection handling, segmentation, and an offer can work together.
Interactive demonstration
The same fictional Clarity Reset brand connects this email journey to the funnel demonstration.
The challenge
It should fulfil the original promise, establish trust, provide useful guidance, and introduce the next service without forcing promotion too early.
What I built
I planned subject lines, preview text, email copy, calls to action, triggers, delays, tagging, click-based segmentation, exit rules, and mobile formatting.
How the system works
Each send has one purpose. The subscriber receives the resource, recognises the problem, gets a practical win, sees an objection addressed, and only then meets the next offer.
Key decisions
The first email immediately delivers what the subscriber requested.
Education and practical value arrive before any service invitation.
Each CTA asks for a reasonable next step based on sequence timing.
Click activity can apply a warm-interest tag while non-clickers continue the standard nurture path.
Deliverables
The sequence, offer, subscriber details, and email performance information shown are fictional. This project demonstrates email strategy, copywriting, and automation planning.
