Separate views, one workflow
Content and CRM records stay easy to scan while sharing campaign and lead-source context.
Social Media · CRM · Lead Management
A combined content and CRM workspace showing how social activity, prospecting, outreach, lead records, and follow-up can be managed in one clear system.
Interactive demonstration
Explore the fictional content calendar, then switch to the CRM pipeline to see how visibility, prospecting, outreach, and follow-up stay connected.
| Content | Platform | Pillar | Status | Schedule | Campaign | CTA |
|---|
No fictional content items match those filters.
A post, message, referral, or campaign can become a recorded lead source. The CRM then carries the conversation forward with a named owner, next action, and follow-up date.
| Lead | Status | Source | Last contact | Next step | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maya R. | Interested | IG | 12 days ago | Not recorded | Unassigned |
| Olivia T. | Follow up | Referral | Not recorded | Send details | Unassigned |
| Rachel K. | New | Form | 8 days ago | Not recorded | Admin |
| Nina P. | Maybe | Yesterday | Call | Unassigned | |
| Talia C. | Warm | DM | 15 days ago | Check in | Hyacinth |
| Sofia L. | New lead | Post | 5 days ago | Not recorded | Unassigned |
No fictional leads match those filters.
The challenge
Content planning could show what was being published, while lead notes lived elsewhere. Without a connection between the two, it was harder to see which activity started a conversation and what needed to happen next.
What I built
I combined a structured content calendar with a CRM pipeline so campaigns, social activity, prospecting, outreach, lead sources, and follow-up can be reviewed as one operating system.
How the system works
Content is organised by platform, pillar, campaign, status, date, and CTA. When an interaction becomes an opportunity, the CRM records its source, owner, stage, priority, next action, and follow-up date.
Key decisions
Content and CRM records stay easy to scan while sharing campaign and lead-source context.
Every item moves through a defined state from idea to drafting, review, scheduling, and publication.
Ownership, priority, next actions, and dates surface the conversations that need attention.
Each opportunity records where it began so social activity and outreach are connected to real conversations without inventing performance claims.
Deliverables
This recreated workflow uses fictional content, campaigns, names, services, dates, and lead records. It demonstrates the structure of social media and CRM support without revealing private client information or unsupported results.
